Reasonable Further Progress (RFP)

Reasonable Further Progress (RFP) describes incremental improvements in air quality, outlined in a State Implementation Plan, that are deemed acceptable by the EPA in meeting air quality standards outlined in the National Ambient Air Quality Standards by a set deadline.
