Haze

Haze is an aerosol of particles and gases that reduce visibility. Haze has become a great concern to many areas following the promulgation of the Regional Haze Rule (defined elsewhere in Smokepedia). The Regional Haze rule requires states to manage sources of pollution that contribute to the occurrence of haze in areas designated class 1 areas.
