Western States Air Regional Council (WESTAR)

The Western States Air Regional Council (WESTAR) is comprised of 15 states. The council promotes the exchange of information on regional air quality issues, discusses air quality issues of common concern, establishes workgroups to investigate specific topics, and develops processes and procedures for maintaining air quality.
