The Lake Michigan Air Directors Consortium (LADCO) provides assistance to its five member states, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin, and serves as a forum for these five states to discuss air quality issues. LADCO is also the designated group to accept grants on behalf of the Midwest Regional Planning Organization.
