The mission of the California Air Response Planning Alliance (CARPA) is to provide federal/state/local agencies with useful tools and information to assist them in collecting and obtaining, as well as interpreting and disseminating, actionable incident response information to protect public health and the environment from the impacts of accidental or deliberate releases of hazardous compounds into the air.
